Booking

1. On receipt of an Assignment, 007 Models shall make every effort to match the Client and the High Class Model as far as possible, in order to provide the Client with the best possible experience in carrying out the Booking.

2. The Client shall not be in possession of and/or under the influence of large amounts of alcohol and/or drugs and shall not require or encourage High Class Models to consume alcoholic beverages and/or drugs.
3. 007 Models and its High Class Models do not discriminate on nationality, race or religion.
4. Bookings take place only in hygienic living quarters or hotel/accommodation with a level of at least four hotel stars.
5. Client ensures a high level of (personal) care and hygiene.
6. The Client shall respect the privacy of High Class Model and act accordingly in the widest sense.
7. The Client shall at all times refrain from (any attempt at) deception, intimidation and/or any other act or omission that endangers the safety of 007 Models and/or the High Class Model.
8. The Client is not permitted to contact a High Class Model directly or exchange contact details and/or disclose them to the High Class Model, unless The Agency has given prior written consent.
9. If the Client has spent time with a High Class Model without the intervention of 007 Models, the Client shall immediately and without application of any discount owe The Agency, Model the hours enjoyed in accordance with the standard prices as stated on the Website plus a penalty in the amount of twice the amount due.
10. 007 Models reserves the right to provide a the High Class Model with security in any form when carrying out a Booking.

1. For an International Booking, the same terms and conditions apply as for a Booking included in these General Terms and Conditions and apply accordingly, unless expressly derogated from in this article
2. A Booking within Europe is subject to a minimum booking time of 12 hours. For a Worldwide booking, a minimum of 48 hours applies.
3. An international Booking requires deposit via bank of at least 50% of the fare.
4. The means of transport of the High Class Model shall be determined by mutual agreement on a case-by-case basis.
5. For destinations with a minimum travel time of 4 hours when using a passenger car, transport will always be via express train or aeroplane.
6. For destinations with a minimum travel time of 7 hours by air, transport will travel High Class Model at least business class.
7. During an International Booking, the Client shall ensure that the High Class Model is available to The Agency Model at all times;
8. Consumes at least three meals a day at the Client’s expense;
9. Contact 007 Models by phone at least once a day, for which privacy and opportunity will be provided;
10. In the case of an International Booking with a duration of 24 hours or more, have a minimum of two hours per day free to fill as they see fit, for which privacy and opportunity will be provided;

Confidentiality

1. All Client information which 007 Models holds as a result of its provision of services shall be treated as confidential and shall only be used in the course of the performance of its services.
2. If the Client provides false information regarding his person to 007 Models, 007 Models may display this information on a so-called blacklist, to be shared on industry websites, other media and with police and judicial authorities, in order to prevent future false information in Bookings..

Liability

1. 007 Models shall not be liable for damages unless there is intent or wilful recklessness on the part of 007 Models.
2. Defects of any kind, disappointed expectations of the Client, or deviations from the information provided on the Website, do not entitle the Client to any right to compensation and/or set-off.

Intellectual Property

1. All images and information provided by third parties on the Website serve to support the image of 007 Models. The services of these third parties are in no way affiliated with the services of 007 Models.
